All coaches are air-conditioned and are equipped with radio/cassette, microphone PA system and two-way radios.  We are able to increase our fleet by subcontracting, should the need arise.  

PERSONNEL: All drivers are experienced Tour Guides and are smartly uniformed.  
Our Groups Managers, Event Coordinators and Hotel Representatives are professionally trained and provide the highest standards of customer service excellence.  
OFFICE HOURS: Tropicana Tours main office is fully staffed during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm daily.  The Group Manager can be reached via cellular phone at any time for the convenience of Meeting Planners.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 80% three weeks prior. Balance due upon commencement of program.  All rates are net.  
CANCELLATION POLICY:   Full refund 6 weeks prior to commencement.  Two Thirds refund less than 6 weeks.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURES: All clients must be advised to check in at the Tropicana Tours desk which is located immediately to the right as you exit Customs: a sign with your group name will be at our desk.  From that point, we will assist your guests with their luggage and directions to the appropriate bus.  A luggage truck will be used for larger groups on individual flights: only your group’s bags will be on the truck.  It is prohibited for us to meet you in the Customs area, therefore all VIPs and regular arrivals must be met outside Customs at our desk.

DEPARTURE PROCEDURES: Airline & Civil Aviation regulations dictate our pick up times for transportation to the airport.  Requests for changing times other than indicated on our departure notices cannot be accepted due to our pre-assigned pick up times & schedules.   For smaller groups departing on certain flights, no advance bag pull will be done, as luggage will go on the bus with the client.  For larger group departures, bags will be pulled in advance at a given time and transported to the airport where the guests will claim their bags from Tropicana Tours before checking in at the airline desk.  Departure notices will be put under the guest’s doors, advising them of the necessary information.  

If the meeting planner wishes to distribute their own notices, the bag pull times and pick-up times must be coordinated with Tropicana Tours first.

§         ALL PRICES  LISTED ARE IN US DOLLARS AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.   MENU PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE 15% SERVICE CHARGE.

§         OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY. 

§         TROPICANA TOURS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD A HANDLING FEE ON CERTAIN SERVICES.

§         FINAL MINIMUM GUARANTEE REQUIRED FOR MOST ACTIVITIES 1-3 DAYS PRIOR.

§         FULL MENUS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

§         TRANSFER RATES ARE BASED ON A MINIMUM OF 20 PERSONS.  RATES MAY DIFFER FOR SMALLER GROUPS.

§         ALL TRANSFER PICK UP TIMES MUST BE CONFIRMED IN ADVANCE.  FOR DINNER TRANSFERS, CHANGES IN SCHEDULE OR DELAYS I.E. WAITING TIME WILL BE CHARGED AT AN HOURLY RATE.

§         DRIVER GRATUITY (USUALLY 10%) IS NOT INCLUDED IN TRANSFER RATES.
